My cat has Hyperesthesia. The slightest touch to his lower back sends him into an itching fit, spinning around biting and most times peeing himself. He's always been a nervous cat. I would prefer not to heavily medicate him if I don't have to. I wanted to give the pet drops a try. A dose of .25ml mixed into canned food on the first day was a noticeable difference after a few hours. He was much calmer, less twitchy, no "fits". We did good for 3 days. Forgot to give it to him yesterday and by last night he was spinning around biting and peeing again. Back to the drops today and he's once again calm and happy. He's still twitchy to the touch on his lower back but these drops have worked much better than I expected. The salmon oil is also good for the skin. We'll continue using and I would highly recommend trying this before going the route of chemical medications.
